Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose: Online payments are accepted only for legitimate school-related purposes and applicable fees/charges communicated by Balia Public School.
2. Correct Information: The payer is responsible for providing correct information, including the student's name, admission/registration details, class, contact information, and payment amount, wherever required.
3. Liability: The school shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect information provided by the payer, insufficient funds, bank/network issues, or technical problems beyond the school's reasonable control.
4. Confirmation: A transaction will be considered successfully paid only after confirmation is received from the payment service provider and/or the school's payment system.
5. Pending Verification: In case the amount has been debited from the payer's bank account but the payment status is not confirmed, the transaction will be verified before any further action is taken.
6. Receipt: Parents/guardians are advised to retain the transaction reference number, payment confirmation, or receipt for future reference.
7. Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate or excess payment, the school may verify the transaction and process the applicable adjustment or refund in accordance with the school's refund policy.
8. Updates: The school reserves the right to update or modify its payment procedures and applicable terms from time to time.
9. Disputes: Any dispute relating to an online payment should be reported to the school office with the relevant transaction details so that the matter can be verified and resolved appropriately.
